Article 6 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them)

If a data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information, BISON will not use or provide the relevant information until the correction or deletion has been completed.

BISON destroys personal information without undue delay when it is no longer necessary, including when the retention period expires or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled.
